Q	What type of material is used in inflatable manufacturing?
A	A cold-air inflatable is made with Vinyl Coated Nylon (VCN). VCN is manufactured with use of nylon �scrim� which gives the fabric its support. Liquid vinyl is then colored, poured over the scrim and set to harden. VCN comes is various weights from 3 ounce to 22 ounce. The design and use of the inflatable determines which weight VCN is used. The inside support system of an inflatable is made of 210 or 420 Dinear. Dinear is very similar to parachute materials and it is standard for this fabric to be Flame Retardant.

Q	Can VCN be Flame Retardant (FR)?
A	Yes, VCN can be purchased FR. In fact, the material Interactive Inflatables uses meets the NFPA 701 FR test (extinguishes within 3.7 seconds), the highest industry standard.

Q	Can VCN be ordered in any color?
A	Yes, VCN can be matched with the international Pantone Matching System color code (PMS) supplied by the buyer. Choosing a preferred PMS color may delay the production time. Our fabric vendor upon request manufactures these specific colors, only. Check with Interactive Inflatables for approximated lead-time.

Q	How does a cold-air inflatable stay inflated?
A	An inflatable uses a continuous blowing fan to stay inflated. A continuous power supply is needed to operate and inflatable.

Q	What type of fans do they use?
A	The range begins with an internal fan (for smaller inflatables) to 1.5+ horsepower fans. The fans consume usually between 7 amps and 20 amps.

Q	Can these fans be wired for international use?
A	Yes, Interactive Inflatables can wire fans for international use and supply the client with country-specific electric plugs.

Q	Can inflatables be internally lit?
A	Yes, most shapes and product replicas can be internally lit. Consult your Interactive Inflatable sales representative.

Q	How do you install an inflatable?
A	Parking Log, Park, Beach, Store Front installations are rather simple. Each product comes with a complete instruction manual for these types of installations. It is important that inflatable are staked down at all corners and protected by the supplied ground tarp before the inflation fan is turned on. Q	How long can an inflatable stay inflated?
A	Inflatables can stay inflated for as long as the fan is working properly and the weather permits.

Q	What is permit able weather when using an inflatable?
A	An inflatable should not be used when winds exceed 25 mph, if it's raining or snowing outside. (It is ok to set up an inflatable on snow as long as the fan is protected from water damage). Definitely bring the inflatable down if there is lightening.

Q	What type of art processes are used in the manufacture of inflatables?
A	Several different processes. Our Art Department employs hand art (paintbrushes), airbrushing, silk screening and digital imaging.

Q	How do we supply Interactive Inflatables with artwork files for manufacturing?
A	Interactive Inflatables has conveniently prepared an Artwork Specification Form. Following these steps ensures the highest quality artwork.

Q	What warranty does Interactive Inflatable extend?
A	Interactive Inflatables Warranty covers all of our products for one year on workmanship and materials.

Q	Are there any accessories that come with the inflatable?
A	Interactive Inflatables concentrates on Turn-Key execution. Each product is accessorized with a carrying bag, 50' extension cord, steel stakes, ground tarp, safety tethers, repair kit and instruction manual.

Warranty

Interactive Inflatables, Inc. warranties our products for one year from date of purchase against material defects and workmanship.

Date of purchase is defined as the shipping date. INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES will perform warranty replacement and/or repair, at the discretion of INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES, in a reasonable amount of time at no charge to the original owner. Warranty includes labor and parts only. Shipping costs for warranty work needed during the first 90 days of the warranty period will be the responsibility of INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES.

Shipping costs for warranty work after the first 90-day warranty period will be the responsibility of the owner.

INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES must be notified immediately of any perceived defect that may be covered under this warranty. Failure to do so will void this warranty. INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES will issue a written Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All terms and conditions precedent for the repair and/or warranty work will be detailed and agreed to prior to INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES' receipt of the inflatable for the repair and/or warranty work.

No inflatable will be repaired under warranty without an authorized RGA. To obtain an RGA authorization, please call 858-622-6610.

Failure of fabric, webbing, stitching, blower parts, fabric parts, graphics, lighting systems and normal wear and tear are covered under this warranty. All other causes of damage including, but not limited to, damage due to extreme weather, unusual use, abuse, uses other than recommended use, vandalism, theft, misuse (not following recommended use, and care instructions) are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is not transferable; it extends only to the original owner.

This warranty does not cover banners and does not cover any item attached to the inflatable by anyone other than Interactive Inflatables. Any alterations made to the electrical system, blower, inflatable, or lighting system without written consent from INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES, will void this warranty.

Interactive Inflatables, Inc. warranties our Sky Dancers and Sky Tubes for 90 days from date of purchase against material defects and workmanship and a one year warranty on the blower.

Interactive Inflatables's warranty policy states that in order for Interactive Inflatables to satisfy its warranty, an INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES employee must first inspect the product unless otherwise noted in writing by an INTERACTIVE INFLATABLES
